Food was ok but the place is a mess. Had to find a clean table to sit at. The door mat is nasty those pretty flowers some nice others wilted and dead. Disappointed to say the least. I have only been here one other time and that was through the drive thru. First impression not good.

Got a text for a free birthday meal and the only thing that I was confused about was when I ordered the meal and a cookie sundae the cashier said they don't sell them anymore. WHAT? No cookie sundaes?! So he rang it up separately and it still tasted pretty good. (See picture) I do love this location though, always friendly and fast customer service!

Been here before and always had the chicken tenders or classic Chick-fil-a sandwich. Smart of these folks to invite me for a free meal for my birthday. I tried the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich. It is delicious. Really like this sandwich. I will have it again!

I've never had a bad meal at Chick-Fil-A, even way back when you could only get it at the mall. My go to item is almost always the standard chicken sandwich. Nobody does it better. Today I tried a salad and was glad to see that it had delicious, really fresh ingredients.

Chick-fil-a always leaves me feeling somewhat satisfied...like masturbation sort of. You ever notice they have sort of a small menu? I don't usually feel sick after eating their food, that's a plus. Love you mom!

The best chicken nugget you can get. The staff are polite, pleasant and helpful. This is an example of what customer service is all about. The store is always clean, the bathrooms tidy, and the atmosphere inviting. Now I just need a therapist to get over my chicken nugget addiction!

This Chick-Fil-A has excellent customer service, when it comes to fast food you do not find this very often. Every time I've ordered fries and chicken here, my food arrives hot, fresh, and delicious. Most definitely my favorite place to eat in Jordan Landing!

Having read S. Truett's book, I feel this location should make the Cathy family proud. Service has always been amazing, and the food always fresh and hot. The chicken is moist, the batter light and delicious on the crispy items. The iced tea is real and I've never been served one that tastes off (old). I really need to try their chicken salad and soup some day! Mr H. was a manager of one in High School, and is always thrilled when I bring him a sandwich with extra butter & pickles, waffle fries, and a bagful of BBQ sauce.

I normally don't eat fast food but Chick-Fil-A definitely gets it right. Things close down early in West Jordan and while i enjoy the peace and quiet, when I need a milkshake at 11 p.m. there's only one place to go. And milkshakes makes me want crinkly waffle cut fries, a spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, and chicken noodle soup. I can't get over how friendly the staff is here as well. The few times I went through the drive-thru, I was met with a cheery greeting and quick service. The saccharin sweetness of the people who work here is absolutely unreal and a little jarring for a girl from a big city. I was even told to be careful about the sandwich "because we just took it out of the fryer and I don't want you to burn yourself." Jaw. Dropped. I wish everyone was just as nice.

This is typical Chic-fil-a food which is always pretty good for fast food. However they have superb service and are always friendly. I can no longer go to other Chic-fil-a's because I expect the same great service. I will continue to come to this Chic-fil-a.

I don't eat a lot of chicken sandwiches, so when I went I tried the chicken strips and waffle fries. Very good although the strips could have been crunchier. Customer service is outstanding!

So most fast food joints are hit and miss, but not this chick-fil-a. I get consistently fabulous service and some of the best fast food available here. Came in tonight for their monthly birthday night and got a completely free meal. Didn't even have to have someone with me. Text club is definitely worth signing up for. Yes, 5 stars is justified.. Chicken nuggets/strips have always been piping hot and juicy and the waffle fries hot and crunchy. Customer service is always exceptional. Just don't expect a quiet dining experience... it just isn't gonna happen here!

I know what you are thinking...5 stars for a fast-food place...are you insane! Well I just love this place and I will give you three reasons: 1. Chicken Nuggets that are juicy, fresh, have a light crust, and a great taste. Paired with the chick-fil-a sauce its hard to beat them. 2. Fresh lemonade. This is the real deal. For me it is second only to the lemonade at hot-dog-on-a-stick. 3. Carrot-Raisin Salad. OK, quick, name another fast-food place with carrot-raisin salad. Ya, thats what I thought! This stuff is so good because it also has pineapple in it. You gotta give it a try. So, go give it a shot if you haven't already. Even if you have been there, if you haven't tried the carrot-raisin salad, give it a try, I bet you will then get it every time like I do.
